3. 7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or faulty due to manufacturing.
Replacement is not available if the customer simply does not like the product or changes their mind.
The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
4. Warranty Policy
Some products (especially electronic items) may carry a limited warranty, available at our discretion or based on the manufacturer.
Please ask during purchase whether a product has a warranty.
Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and comply with the specific product’s warranty terms.
5. Advance Payment Terms
For customized, high-value, or bulk orders, we may require an advance payment as security.
This advance is typically non-refundable and adjusted against the final invoice amount.

All product prices are listed in BDT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing, discounts, or availability without prior notice.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.

8. Limitation of Liability
Firme Luxe Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or service disruptions beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
